• Placement outcomes depend on publisher approval and cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
• Timelines may vary due to publisher review cycles and external dependencies.

2. Quotes and Payment

• All pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, and USDT (by request).
• Invoices are due according to the date listed on the invoice communication.
• Late or unpaid invoices may pause campaign execution.

3. Content and Revisions

• Content is human-edited and prepared to match campaign goals and publisher standards.
• Up to two reasonable revision rounds are included unless otherwise agreed.
• Revision requests should be shared promptly after draft delivery to avoid delays.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Either party may cancel before article submission by giving written notice.
• If cancellation occurs after payment and no delivery has been made, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.
• Where partial work has already been delivered, refund scope is assessed proportionally.

5. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use our services for illegal, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• We may decline campaigns that conflict with legal, editorial, or ethical standards.
• You are responsible for ensuring any provided claims, data, or references are lawful and accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThanksMarketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of rankings, traffic, or profits. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
