Check that the sender domain is thanksmarketing.com. Our domain is configured with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. If anything looks unusual — mismatched reply-to, unfamiliar subdomain, or unusual payment request — use the Contact page and share the email header. We will verify within the hour.
We build a publisher database once per client campaign. If you are on that list, you may receive an initial outreach and then a follow-up if there was no response. If an agreement is in progress, you may also receive a payment request or article delivery email. These are all part of a structured workflow — not random re-sends.

Yes. Our preferred model is an ongoing publishing relationship with consistent communication, fair pricing, and reliable execution. Publishers who work with us repeatedly benefit from streamlined terms, faster turnaround, and predictable campaign schedules.
Each campaign is scoped to a specific niche and geography. We research and qualify publishers in that category — filtering by topic relevance, domain quality, country, and audience type. We build the list once and maintain it for the campaign duration. Publishers may receive an outreach, a follow-up, or a payment-stage email depending on where they are in the process.
All deliverables are human-written and reviewed internally for quality, structure, and relevance before submission. We do not submit raw AI-generated drafts. Where AI tools are used to assist research or structure, a human writer and editor reviews and rewrites the content to ensure it meets editorial standards.
Yes. We include two rounds of revisions at no extra charge within 7 days of article delivery. This covers tone adjustments, editorial formatting, factual corrections, and link or anchor text changes. Additional revision requests after that window are accommodated where reasonable.
Pricing is agreed in writing before any invoice is issued. We collect and track quoted prices in our internal system to avoid repeated negotiation and to keep all communication consistent. We do not charge for initial outreach, price discussion, or negotiation.
Accepted methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or USDT (on request). Payment method is confirmed in the original agreement. We never request payment through unofficial channels, third-party links, or cryptocurrency wallets not disclosed in the initial agreement. If a payment request looks unusual, contact us immediately to verify.
Yes. Once terms are agreed and a price is confirmed, we issue a payment request by email. We follow up at 3 days and 7 days if no payment is received. After 14 days without response, the placement is cancelled and your slot is released. We only follow up on outstanding invoices tied to an active, confirmed agreement.
No. The workflow follows defined stages: outreach → terms agreement → invoice and payment → content delivery → publication. We do not rush stages and keep you informed at each step. Typical delivery is 7–14 days from payment confirmation, depending on article length and revision requests.
No. We run targeted outreach based on niche relevance and editorial fit. Every message contains a clear explanation of our intent and a way to opt out. We comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR-aligned principles — publisher contact data is used only for the specific campaign and is never sold or shared.
Our default workflow includes respectful follow-ups no closer than 14 days apart, stopping after two follow-ups if there is no response. If you opt out or request no further contact, all future outreach is suppressed and your address is added to our permanent suppression list.
Yes. Reply to any email with a removal request, or use our Contact page. Opt-out requests are processed within 1 business day and we maintain a permanent suppression list to prevent re-contact. There are no consequences for declining or unsubscribing.
